Step1: go to command prompt type which site you want to open get that IP address from that one

ex: type www.facebook.com on command prompt get that IP address from that one 31.13.71.81

Step2: then go to proxy websites like ,hidemyass,
proxify,and ninjacloak. one of them

Step3: Enter the IP address on proxywebsites then you easily open your blocked websites thats it
